CTC Director Part of Maine Delegation

Five Town Communities That Care Executive Director Dalene Dutton traveled to Washington, D.C. as part of the delegation representing Maine at the Coalition for Juvenile Justice (CJJ) conference during the first week of May.  Ms. Dutton attended briefings, participated in work sessions, and spoke with government and elected officials regarding juvenile justice issues facing Maine and the nation.  Others in Maine’s delegation included Program Director Patrick Walsh of Broadreach Family and Community Services,  juvenile defense attorney Edwin Chester of Chester & Vestal, Assistant District Attorney of Cumberland County Christine Thibeault, and Maine juvenile justice specialist Kathryn McGloin.
