Coalition Building

One of the key goals of Five Town Communities That Care is to increase the number and quality of collaborations among the agencies and groups working with youth in our community. We firmly believe that by working together we can more effeciently and effectively use our community’s limted resources for prevention.

We promote collaboration by hosting Community Network Meetings where representatives from youth serving agencies and groups can come together to learn about common issues, share ideas, and discover areas where their goals and missions overlap. By encouraging dialog and regular sharing of ideas in our everyday work, our community’s youth will be better served.
